How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit My Account → Orders and click “Track.”

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags/packaging. Start a return from your order page.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Open your order in My Account and choose “Return/Exchange.” You’ll receive pickup or drop-off instructions by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

How long will delivery take?

Standard: 3–7 business days; Express: 1–3 business days (where available). Rural areas may take a little longer.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD is available on eligible pin codes and order values. The COD option appears at checkout if your address qualifies.
