1) Window

  1. Returns / Exchanges: request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Requests after 7 days aren’t accepted.

2) Eligibility (Clothing)

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition with all tags & packaging.
  2. QC may reject for wear, damage, alterations, missing tags, stains (makeup/henna/oil), odors (perfume/deo), pet hair, or pilling.
  3. Note: Minor colour variance and ±1–2 cm measurement tolerance aren’t defects.

3) Non-returnable apparel

  1. Innerwear/lingerie, shapewear, socks/hosiery, swimwear
  2. Customised/altered garments (including fall-pico, tailoring)
  3. Final-sale/clearance items
  4. Bulk/corporate orders

4) Size exchange

  1. One size exchange per item, subject to stock availability.
  2. If the size is unavailable, choose refund or store credit.

5) Damaged / Defective / Wrong item

  1. Inspect on delivery and contact within 48 hours.
  2. Share order ID and clear photos (an unboxing video helps).

6) How to start

  1. Email order.info@zuvic.in within the 7-day window.
  2. Include order number, item name/size, reason, and photos.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and arrange reverse pickup or share the return address.
  4. If reverse pickup isn’t available for your PIN code, please self-ship to the address provided.

7) Shipping & deductions

  1. Our error/defect: Free reverse pickup; full refund/exchange after QC.
  2. Change of mind / size issue: Customer pays return shipping; original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  3. Missing freebies/parts may be deducted; failed-QC returns can be shipped back (re-delivery charges may apply).

8) Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after QC approval to the original payment method or as store credit.
  2. Banks/payment gateways may take extra time. If 15 business days pass after approval without credit, email us.

9) Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  2. After dispatch, follow the return/exchange process.

10) Delivery issues

  1. If delivery is refused or undeliverable, the shipment may return to origin; reshipment/return charges may apply.
  2. Please keep your phone reachable for courier coordination.
