2) Eligibility & Account

1. You must be 18+ and capable of forming a contract under Indian law.
2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend/terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

3) Products, Pricing & Availability

1. We aim to display accurate product, price, and availability information; however, errors may occur. We may correct such errors, cancel orders, or contact you for instructions.
2. Prices are shown in INR. Applicable taxes/charges are shown at checkout.
3. Images are illustrative; colours and details may vary due to lighting and screens.

4) Orders & Cancellations

1. Your order is an offer to buy; an order confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. We accept the order upon dispatch.
2. We may cancel and refund an order for reasons including limited stock, payment issues, non-serviceable PINs, or pricing/description errors.
3. You may request cancellation before dispatch via email. After dispatch, please follow the Refund & Return Policy.

5) Shipping & Delivery

1. We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
2. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address (including handover to a concierge/guard, if applicable).
3. Re-delivery due to incorrect address/phone/unavailability may incur additional charges.

6) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

1. Returns/replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (India only, 7-day window).
2. Apparel size exchanges are subject to stock availability and quality checks.
3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Full policy: /policies/refund-policy.

7) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

1. Promotions/coupons may carry additional terms (category limits, minimum order, validity) and are non-transferable.
2. We may void/cancel promotions in cases of misuse.
3. Gift cards/store credit are redeemable only on the Platform and are non-refundable; expiry may apply where permitted.

8) Reviews & User Content

1. By posting reviews, ratings, photos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for our business.
2. You represent that your content is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading. We may remove content at our discretion.

9) Acceptable Use

1. Do not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
2. Do not circumvent security, scrape/crawl, or use automated tools without consent.
3. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform.
4. Do not interfere with other users or upload malicious code.
5. Do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

10) Intellectual Property

1. All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and code on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian IP laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

11) Third-Party Services

1. We may integrate or link to third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, social media). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

12) Payments & Security

1. We use reputable payment processors (card networks, UPI, net-banking, etc.). By paying, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method.
2. We are not liable for processing delays or failures attributable to banks, networks, or payment partners.

13) Legal Compliance

1. We operate in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. We may seek KYC/verification where required and will comply with lawful requests.

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

1. The Platform and all products/services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied— including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

15) Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to your purchase or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

16) Indemnity

1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZUVIC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

17) Force Majeure

1. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, governmental actions, outages, or network failures).

18) Changes

1. We may update these Terms and/or our policies at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with law. Proceedings will be in English.
3. Subject to arbitration, courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
