1) Processing & dispatch

  1. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  2. High-volume or sale periods may require extra time; we’ll keep you posted if there’s a delay.

2) Delivery timelines

  1. Metros: 2–4 business days
  2. Non-metros & tier-2/3: 3–7 business days
  3. Remote/ODA: 5–10 business days
  4. Timelines may vary due to courier capacity, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

3) Shipping fees

  1. Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹1000.
  2. For carts below the threshold, a standard fee of ₹50 applies.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select PIN codes with an additional fee of ₹30.

4) Tracking

  1. Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  2. You can follow the live status on the courier’s page. If tracking is inactive for 48 hours, write to order.info@zuvic.in.

5) Undeliverable / missed delivery

  1. Please keep your phone reachable for courier coordination.
  2. If delivery is repeatedly missed, incorrect/incomplete address is provided, or delivery is refused, the shipment may return to origin. Re-delivery or return charges may apply.

6) Address changes & order edits

  1. We can edit the address before dispatch. Email order.info@zuvic.in immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
  2. After dispatch, address changes are subject to the courier’s policy and may not be possible.

7) Split shipments

  1. To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately.
  2. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each parcel.

8) International shipping

  1. International shipping is currently unavailable from this store. For bulk or custom requests, write to order.info@zuvic.in.

9) Packaging

  1. Orders are packed with tamper-evident materials. Do not accept a damaged or opened parcel; ask the courier to mark it and contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.

10) Public holidays & force majeure

  1. Dispatches don’t occur on Sundays and public holidays.
  2. Delays caused by weather, strikes, lockdowns, or local restrictions are outside our control; we’ll assist with updates wherever possible.
